Zeina Al Nabih is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Commercial practice with Al Tamimi & Co in Qatar. She has over ten years of transactional and advisory experience and works on a wide range of mergers and acquisitions and commercial matters.

With extensive experience in corporate commercial matters, Zeina has also advised on many high profile joint ventures, public private partnership transactions and securities offerings in Qatar. Zeina has also advised on oil field services agreements, major distributorship arrangements and major acquisitions as well as on merger control and anti-trust matters within the region including in Qatar, Jordan and Iraq

Zeina regularly advises on various commercial contracts, including commercial agency agreements, joint venture and shareholders' agreements including work for such clients as Audi, Apple, Standard Chartered Bank, Hyundai Heavy Industries, Uber and Daimler.
