Zainab holds an LL.B. from the University of Bahrain and an LL.M. in Human Rights, Conflict, and Justice with merit from SOAS, University of London, UK. Her dissertation, titled “Artificial Intelligence and Human Rights, with a Focus on the Right to Privacy,” underscores her dedication to exploring contemporary legal issues at the intersection of technology and fundamental rights.

Beyond her dissertation, Zainab has displayed exceptional prowess in legal research. Her bachelor’s thesis on taxes and tax evasion underscores her acumen in financial law. During her master’s degree she examined women's rights in the context of Honour Killings in the Middle East, showcasing a commitment to addressing critical issues affecting marginalized communities.
