Yiğit is an associate in the Corporate, M&A and Banking and Finance groups of the firm, where he practices in all aspects of M&A, banking and finance and corporate law, and provides legal consultancy to companies on their day-to-day matters. He has also provided legal assistance to many clients in the negotiations of cross-border M&A and securities deals.
