Mr. Mustafa has worked as the Head of Legal Department for a number of reputable companies, the last of which was Alkhabeer Capital, a leading asset management and investment banking firm duly licensed by the CMA of the KSA. Mr. Mustafa holds a CME-1 Certificate. His 25 years of immense legal experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia includes corporate and commercial transactions, with a particular focus on regulatory issues and project finance.
