Yara Alsaygh is registered as a trainee lawyer at the Saudi Ministry of Justice. She received her LL.B. in legal studies from Dar Al Hekma University, Saudi Arabia, and was a member of the Dar Al Hekma Team in the Williem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, the first Middle Eastern team to qualify for the elimination rounds. She was also a member of the team that initiated the International Arbitration Arabic Moot organized by the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) and co-coached the Dar Al Hekma Moot Court team in 2019-2020.
Yara assists the team with legal research, liaising with governmental authorities, reviewing and drafting contracts, agreements and memorandums, legal opinions and due diligence.
