Worked as a legal researcher in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry's legal studies division, where she gained experience in managing legal affairs. In addition to offering legal views on consultations submitted to the legal department, I have drafted legislation and ministerial judgments. I was employed in the litigation and investigations division at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. I have the ability to analyze, evaluate, and respond to instances from a legal standpoint. I looked for suitable answers for every situation and took the required actions. Additionally, I have served on several committees, such as the Disciplinary Committee and the Tenders and Auctions Committee. Holds both a bachelor's and master's degree in private law from Qatar University.

In addition, I have been given a lot of responsibilities, the most significant of which are:

• Offering legal advice, comments, and viewpoints on consultations that are filed to the legal department.

• Writing memoranda of understanding and contracts that have been signed between the Ministry and other organizations.

• To enhance and expand the legal system and draw in foreign investment, present legal opinions and comments on the UNCITRAL international trade law at the yearly sessions in New York.

• Presenting draft legislation and suggestions to the Council of Ministers in order to create local laws.

• Providing opinions on draft legislation, ministerial decisions, memoranda of understanding, and international agreements at Council of Ministers meetings by creating a summary of the subjects that is sent to His Excellency the Minister once a week.

• Composing memoranda of defense in instances brought against the Ministry.
