Victoria specialises in commercial and advisory work, including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and advising on consumer law, marketing/advertising, intellectual property, e-commerce and data protection. Prior to joining CMS, Victoria worked in the tier 1 commercial practice of a London-based law firm where she assisted clients in the media & entertainment, digital and retail sectors.

Victoria has also spent 8 months on secondment with Google where she supported on a range of legal issues concerning the high-profile product launches of Google Pixel 4 and the cloud-gaming service Stadia.
