Vanessa is a Junior Associate at Tohme Law Firm and a member of Beirut Bar Association. She practices civil, criminal, and commercial litigation. She assists corporations will all legal matters including day to day work and handles commercial transactions on a national and international level including drafting, negotiating, reviewing, and executing contracts and agreements.

She provides counsel to individuals and businesses on a variety of legal matters related to banking and finance, taxation, labour and employment, real estate, payments getaways and solutions, oil and gas, and commercial matters. She has significant experience in the incorporation of associations in Lebanon and protection of intellectual property.

On a more personal note, Vanessa has received the Paris Bar Association Award for the year 2016 and earned several certificates of participation in courses, trainings, and workshops related to International Arbitration, International Criminal Law, and International Sales of Goods.
