Ufuk Yalçın is a Partner at the Hergüner Bilgen Üçer Attorney Partnership where he focuses his practice on Commercial Support. He represents foreign companies entering the Turkish market and foreign and local companies in their day-to-day operational needs, including corporate governance, contract management, anticorruption, franchising and distribution, and data protection. He represents some of the largest foreign companies doing business in Turkey in the aviation, manufacturing, insurance, life sciences, and automotive sectors.

He co-founded the International Law Institute (ILI) Istanbul Chapter and is a member of the Corporate Governance Association of Turkey and the International Bar Association. Ufuk has co-authored several articles in relation to corporate law and corporate governance.
