Turkay Avanas is an Associate in the Real Estate practice group of Herguner Bilgen Uçer where he handles all types of real estate related transactions. Mr Avanas has significant experience in hospitality-related matters, commercial real estate transactions, project development and zoning and licensing matters.

He is a member of the Association of Real Estate Investment Companies (GYODER) and has written numerous articles in the Turkish real estate sector. Due to his specific background, Mr Avanas handles matters relating to international trade and customs as well.
