Tuhin is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He is currently a Tax Partner with RSM, Kuwait. RSM is the sixth-largest global accounting network. Tuhin has been in Kuwait for more than ten years and has been advising large transnational corporations on their tax affairs in Kuwait, their inward investments into Kuwait and assisting them in resolving their tax controversies with the Kuwait Tax Authorities (KTA). Tuhin has also worked in Kuwait with another Big 4 accounting firm as an Associate Tax Partner. He has also worked in International Taxation with a Big 4 firm in Calgary, Canada and has gained substantial international tax experience through an almost ten-year in-house tax role with Schlumberger, the world’s leading oilfield services company. He was responsible (in different positions) for all matters relating to tax compliance, planning and controversy in Iran, Kuwait, Qatar and Yemen and Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Cambodia and Laos.
