Tikesha is a transactional corporate lawyer with particular experience in projects M&A in the natural resources, renewable energy and infrastructure sectors and regularly advises international consortiums, private equity sponsors and governments on their development, acquisitions and disposals of energy and infrastructure assets. Tikesha also has project development experience and has advised UK developers, asset managers and private equity houses on front-end project documentation, joint venture and shareholder agreements.

Tikesha is 2 years PQE and has also worked for a property developer for a year, where she regularly negotiated construction ancillaries such as collateral warranties and consultancy agreements and sub-contracts.
