Biography
  • Thenji is an admitted UK employment solicitor who has been based in the UAE for ten years working predominantly on contentious and non-contentious employment matters within local and international firms.

  • Thenji is a ranked lawyer in Chambers and Partners with over twelve years' experience working in employment and immigration law advising private clients and blue chip, multinational, regional, local from all industry sectors.

  • Thenji advises on complex employment issues which include global mobility of employees, workplace investigations, cross-jurisdictional matters including temporary assignment, secondment, cross border engagements.

  • Thenji works closely with the employment local litigation counsel to file employment claims at the Dubai Courts via the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and she is a legal practitioner registered with the DIFC Courts.

  • Thenji is a visiting employment law lecturer at the University of Middlesex (Dubai) and an active volunteer lawyer within various pro-bono clinics, which includes the DIFC Pro-bono clinic and the DMCC Free Zone Mediation Centre clinic.
