Tessa qualified as a solicitor in Australia and spent several years working for a top tier firm where she worked with number of Australian developers and contractors, as well as the Australian Federal Government. Since joining the firm in 2016, Tessa has acted on a number of arbitrations and ongoing disputes for some of the region's largest construction companies.
