Sundus is an Associate in the Banking & Finance Department of Hadef and Partners' Dubai Office.

Sundus' professional experience includes acting as an in-house counsel for two of Pakistan's largest banks. Her responsibilities included but were not limited to issuing legal advice focused on corporate lending, trade finance, as well as retail banking, and developing overarching legal strategy. She was also responsible for overseeing and managing multi jurisdictional litigation with close liaison and coordination with external counsel and concerned bank departments.

Prior to joining Hadef and Partners, Sundus acted as in-house counsel for United Bank Limited, Dubai and was responsible for managing all legal matters of the Bank's international presence and operations in UAE, Bahrain, Qatar and Yemen.

Sundus' advisory expertise spans across product development, syndicated and bilateral lending, security creation / perfection, corporate finance, trade finance, debt restructuring, and preparation of all loan and corporate documentation.
