Şule Akcan is a senior associate at Özok Law Office specializing in banking & finance with focus on project finance, corporate finance, acquisition finance and PPPs.

She represents Turkish and international banks, financial institutions, sponsors and corporate borrowers operating in energy, infrastructure, healthcare and real estate sectors on a wide range of financing transactions.

She has gained extensive experience in relation to multi-sourced PPPs and energy projects as well as refinancing and restructuring transactions throughout her professional career. She also advises clients that are conducting business in various kinds of sectors in connection with M&A transactions especially on matters such as due diligence and provides legal guidance to retainer clients in relation to their commercial and daily corporate matters.

Şule received her LL.B. degree in 2012 from Galatasaray University. She is admitted to practice in Istanbul Bar Association as of 2013 and speaks English and French. Prior to joining to Özok Law Office, she has worked in the banking & finance departments of two major law firms in Istanbul, Turkey.
