Slim is an Independent Tax Consultant focusing in particular on Africa & the Middle East. He specializes in Tax Risks and Tax Knowledge Management (direct and indirect taxation). He regularly monitors the major tax developments within Middle East and African region including the main challenging topic and grey tax areas impacting tax certainty.

Slim has an extensive experience as a chartered accountant involved in tax advisory services, audit and tax due diligence.

He has participated in several experts group meetings organized by UNECA (United Nation Economic Commission Africa) to debate topics relating to the African taxation, sustainable development, governance and inclusive growth.

He was Member of the Scientific Committee of the 2016 ATRN (African Tax Research Network) Congress on “Financing Sustainable Development in Africa: Identifying Untapped and Underutilized Sources of Revenue”.
