Prior to joining the firm Sholto served as an associate at a multinational law firm, where he focused his practice on construction and dispute resolution. Sholto has experience in matters of construction and engineering, and is familiar with various forms of construction contracts, including JCT, FIDIC, and NEC. Additionally, Sholto has advised a broad range of clients and acted for government entities, developers, international contractors (including joint ventures), and consultants, on both front and back-end matters.
