She regularly advises family offices, venture and private equity firms, start-ups, multinational companies on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures, share and asset transfers, and business expansion in and outside the UAE wherein she provides end-to-end support on transactions, including structuring, legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents and closing formalities.

In addition to transactional work, Shivani advises clients on day-to-day commercial and regulatory matters, including employment, data protection, foreign direct investment, and corporate governance.
