He focuses on joint ventures, shareholder disputes, commercial litigation, and regulatory compliance, with particular expertise in the aviation, healthcare, industrial and financial sectors.
Sharaf regularly advises multinational corporations, financial institutions, and government entities on structuring and navigating joint ventures in Saudi Arabia, drafting and negotiating joint venture agreements, and resolving shareholder and director disputes. He has significant experience representing clients in contentious matters, including high-stakes disputes involving board members, shareholders, and foreign companies operating in the Kingdom. He also participated in a number of matters before the SCCA.
In addition, Sharaf has acted for clients in high-profile regulatory and compliance cases, including matters involving U.S. sanctions and export controls, corruption investigations, and government enforcement actions.
