Biography

Shaikha Juma is a UAE National Advocate in the Employment Department. Prior to joining Hadef & Partners, Shaikha worked as a legal researcher in the executive department of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce. She also worked as a legal researcher at the Dubai Military Human Resources' Committee where she contributed to writing legal consultations regarding the legal enquiries received from the military authorities in Dubai (Dubai Police General H.Q., Dubai Civil Defence, General Directorate of Residency Foreigners Affairs in Dubai and the State Security Department).

Shaikha has represented several clients successfully before the Dubai Labour Courts and advises on a broad range of employment matters including termination of employment, criminal sanctions arising out of confidentiality breaches and excels in advising on the complex procedures surrounding the registration of GCC national's pensions in accordance with GCC Pension Laws.
