Shahd is an Associate currently based in Clyde & Co's Riyadh office. She advises and assists in various corporate and commercial matters with concentration on foreign and local investments, corporate structuring, incorporation of businesses, employment and labour law.

Shahd has been advising international and local clients in establishing their presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, covering the various forms of available investment vehicles, foreign investment (direct and indirect), including limited liability companies, closed joint stock companies and branches. Her experience extends to advising on transactions in the trading, industrial, education, healthcare and transportation sectors.

Shahd is fluent in Arabic and English.
