Shahd is a trainee solicitor in the firm's Transactional Services group in Dubai.

Shahd has experience assisting clients on their local and regional employment matters including preparing employment documentation, examining updates in employment law and advising on employment issues such as benefits, leave and restrictive covenants. Shahd also has experience advising clients in the UAE and United Kingdom on transactional matters, including cross border transactions including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and licensing issues.
