She assists partners advising national and international clients with a focus on corporate law, employment law, anti-corruption regulations, privacy & data protection regulations, compliance & business ethics, competition compliance & counselling, life sciences & healthcare industry, FMCG sector.

Serra, who started her career as a legal trainee in a top multinational company’s in-house legal department, also assists clients in the establishment of new companies, corporate governance and in various types of contracts.
