Serra is a Junior Associate in our firm’s Dispute Resolution team, with a growing focus on Intellectual Property Law. She assists clients primarily in trademark matters, including handling trademark assignment agreements. Her experience includes supporting clients in trademark infringement litigation, as well as preparing appeals and counterarguments before TURKPATENT to protect and enforce trademark rights effectively. Additionally, she contributes to both domestic and international civil litigation and mediation related to intellectual property disputes, working closely with clients to develop tailored strategies aimed at resolving conflicts efficiently. She leverages her knowledge of evolving IP regulations and case law to provide clients with precise and pragmatic support during dispute resolution.
