Sergiu is based in the Riyadh office and is leading our Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services in Saudi Arabia. He has 18 years experience with PwC in the Middle East and Europe.

Sergiu has extensive capital markets experience, involving international offerings of debt and equity securities in public and private placements and IPO readiness exercises, and implementation of remediation plans, for companies in the Europe and Middle East planning to go public on European and Middle East stock exchanges. Sergiu acted as listing advisor on numerous IPOs, including recently on the largest IPO in history and debt securities offerings undertaken by companies on the European and Middle East stock exchanges.
