Biography

Selim Can Bilgin is a partner at Kabine Law Office. Mr. Bilgin, qualified in Turkey and England & Wales, focuses his practice on international arbitrations spanning numerous jurisdictions (MENA countries, EU and the UK), procedural rules (ICC, SCAI, ICSID, UNCITRAL, LCIA, ISTAC), and industries (construction, telecommunications and infrastructure). Mr. Bilgin also represents clients before the local courts in civil cases and in enforcement and related proceedings across different jurisdictions. In addition to his contentious practice, he provides advice in non-contentious matters with respect to the questions of public international law, English law and Turkish law and collaborates with clients in the preparation of their applications for litigation funding.
