Seba completed her LL.B in the UK and has since become a key member of Almoayed Chambers, starting as a Junior Legal Associate in October 2018, followed by her promotion to Legal Associate in June 2021. During her tenure and years of experience, she has:

• Drafted and reviewed a large variety of commercial agreements including service agreements, employment agreements, lease agreements, share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, construction contracts, loan and credit facility agreements, NDAs and confidentiality agreements as well as commercial agency, distribution and franchising agreements and joint venture agreements among others.

• Consulted and advised on business transactions and day to day operations of companies, foreign import and export trade, formed and structured corporations which includes drafting and reviewing of Memorandums and Articles of Association with a focus on Bahraini law and liaising with Bahraini and international governmental authorities.

• Experience in forming and drafting legal opinions, legal notices and POAs.

• Been involved in regular and ongoing legal research and knowledge updating of current and new laws and regulations including VAT law, RERA regulations, amendments to the Commercial Companies Law and the Personal Data Protection Law.
