Sarit is a Knowledge Lawyer within the employment team and is based in the Dubai office. Sarit is admitted to practice as a solicitor in England and Wales and has been based in the Middle East region since 2008.

Sarit’s role includes the creation of precedent documentation, researching and advising on recent developments in employment law and keeping the employment team’s knowledge and skills up-to-date. As part of her role, Sarit organizes, prepares and delivers training both internally to the firm and externally at client seminars, as well as managing the team’s internal training programme. Sarit also prepares and delivers training programmes with the Dubai Legal Affairs Department to registered lawyers in Dubai. Sarit writes legal articles and contributes to the team’s client bulletins, as well as to a number of external legal publications, and is responsible for managing the team’s know-how and template database.
