Sarah Sadek is Counsel at Z&Co., focusing on regulatory advisory and disputes. Her core practice covers government advisory, compliance, regulatory frameworks, comparative law, and legislative drafting. She has particular expertise in aligning policies and governance structures with applicable law and in incorporating international best practices through comparative research and benchmarking.

Sarah also plays an active role in the firm’s arbitration practice, having acted on significant matters including before the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA). She joined Z&Co. from the UK Ministry of Justice, where she served as an Advisory Lawyer on complex regulatory and policy initiatives.
