Sarah Gonem is a Partner at Z&Co., co-heading our Dispute Resolution practice area, having joined Z&Co. in 2014 from the London office of a leading US law firm.

Sarah primarily focuses on managing strategic disputes involving international parties or cross-border issues, with a particular interest in shareholder disputes, contentious insolvency and general commercial disputes. Sarah also leads our arbitration practice, having led a number of matters before the SCCA, as well as pursuant to other arbitration rules.

Sarah is currently ranked as a Leading Partner by the Legal500, which reported in its latest edition that that Sarah is “extremely clever, available and easy to work with”. She is also ranked in Chambers Global, Band 2, which states “Sarah Gonem is an experienced lawyer who is well placed to advise international clients on disputes proceedings in Saudi Arabia.” Clients also comment that she “stands out for her analytical ability, communication skills and responsiveness.”
