Salim Al Harthi is an associate lawyer in SASLO’s corporate and commercial team. He frequently advises clients on a variety of issues, including company law, corporate governance, new laws, regulatory compliance, and privacy and data protection. Over the past two years, Salim has been instrumental in major corporate and banking & finance transactions. His legal work spans financial institutions, international telecommunications companies, and diverse sectors such as shipping services, hotel resorts, government-owned entities, and the oil and gas industry. His contributions have included financing, due diligence, pre-sale restructuring, and advisory services.
Before joining SASLO, Salim worked at a reputable Omani company, where he assisted with a wide range of corporate and commercial legal work. He graduated from Brunel University in London with a bachelor’s degree in law in 2018. Salim is fluent in both Arabic and English.
