Rita Kevork is an Associate in the Corporate Structuring department in the Egypt Office.

Rita joined the firm at 2022, she specializes in TMT and general corporate matters. Prior to that, she has concluded an internship at the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (“CRCICA”) in 2021.

Rita, further has experience in advising on data protection laws and regulations and in drafting general commercial agreements, both local and cross border, such as distribution agreements, franchise agreements, consultancy agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, manufacturing and supply agreements,

Rita also has experience in corporate secretarial work such as general assemblies and board meetings.
