Rita aids the Firm’s litigation team by conducting specialised research, drafting motions and reports and preparing other requisite documentation throughout the litigation process.  She also supports the corporate department by ensuring that companies are in compliance with Lebanese regulations and prepares the necessary documentation, including drafting minutes of meetings, legal opinions and a plethora of agreements, as well as providing general corporate advice on a day-to-day basis.  She also supports the marketing team and manages relations with the media.

Rita holds an LLB from the Lebanese University and is working towards obtaining her DEA from the same institution.
