Richard is a Patent Associate based in CWB's Dubai office specialising in Patent and Design Law, Specification and Claim drafting and Patent Prosecution. Richard has extensive knowledge of local and foreign jurisdiction's patent laws and respective practices, in which he routinely files and prosecutes patents.

Richard has a background in Chemistry and Biochemistry which is routinely relied upon when dealing with the company's pharmaceutical clients. Some of Richard's specialities include mining, on and off shore drilling and oil refinery processes.

Richard assists local government entities and universities in patentability evaluations for new inventions and preparation of patent applications.
