Richard is a Senior Lawyer who leads PwC Middle East Privacy offering, he has a broad range of experience across data protection and privacy, banking and finance, capital markets, mergers and acquisition, governmental projects, oil and gas and mineral transactions, as well as regulatory and compliance matters.

Richard has extensive exposure to emerging and frontier markets, having worked in the CIS (Kazakhstan, Russia and Azerbaijan) for over seven years, and presently in the Middle East for the last three years.
