Reina El Ali is an Associate at BSA Ahmad Bin Hezeem & Associates LLP, based in Dubai. She has 10 years of experience in the Middle East region, particularly in Lebanon and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Reina’s principal area of expertise is in the corporate and commercial fields of the law. Her experience covers start-up incorporation, company restructuring, corporate governance, capital markets, M&A, cross-border transactions, in addition to providing business-oriented legal advice on a wide range of matters across the region including commercial arrangements, distribution, and franchising.

Reina has advised several clients on multi-million-dollar mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings in Saudi Arabia. Reina’s experience also extends to include telecom, where she has advised major service providers in Saudi Arabia on the legal aspects of network interconnection, providing fiber optic services to users, and granting dark fiber indefeasible rights of use.

Prior to joining BSA, Reina practiced law in prominent laws firm in Beirut.

Reina holds an LL.M. in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of London, Queen Mary (London – United Kingdom) and an LL.B. from the Lebanese University (Beirut, Lebanon).

She is a member of the Beirut Bar Association since 2013 and is fluent in Arabic and English.
