Rawan is a member of Al Tamimi & Company’s banking and finance team and advises on Bahrain and Saudi law.

She provides advice on security creation and cross-border issues to international and local financial institutions and corporate clients. Rawan has experience working with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce. She is a certified UK mediator and has mediated in a wide variety of issues that helped facilitate negotiations between disputed parties.

Prior to joining Al Tamimi, Rawan was a trainee lawyer at a local boutique law firm in Bahrain.
