Rana El Helbawi is a bilingual Arabic and English lawyer with over three years of experience in handling Corporate and M&A matters.

Before joining Soliman, Hashish & Partners, Rana was a Junior Associate at one of the top tier law firms in Egypt for two years.

At the educational level, Rana obtained her L.L.B. from Cairo University, Faculty of Law (English Section).
