Biography

Pınar has been working as a qualified lawyer admitted to Istanbul Bar as of 2008. She has joined Inal Law Office and working there as an associate lawyer since 2011.

She has obtained her law degree from Bilkent University Law Faculty in 2006 and then had her master's degree in Leiden University as Advanced LL.M. in European Business Law with a thesis on “Copyright Aspects of Peer-to-Peer (P2P) File Sharing, where she attended as a Jean Monnet Scholar granted by Turkish Secretariat General for EU Affairs. Currently, she is a PhD candidate in civil law focusing on corporate groups in Istanbul Bilgi University and a visiting research student in Queen Mary University of London.

Her practice mainly focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate groups, commercial and corporate law, corporate governance, project finance, contracts, secured loan transactions, shipping and ship finance, energy and competition law.
