Pınar Karabıyık Yabaş is a senior associate in the Corporate Support, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Real Estate practice groups of Hergüner Bilgen Üçer. Ms. Karabıyık practices all aspects of corporate law and specializes in real estate commercial real estate transactions, project development and zoning and licensing matters and corporate governance.
