Pierre is an Associate in Al Tamimi & Company’s Corporate Commercial team. His practice focuses on general corporate matters and advisory work.

Prior to joining the firm, Pierre worked as a corporate commercial associate in South Africa where he advised and litigated on behalf various commercial entities, local startups, and franchisees.

Pierre has extensive experience in drafting, negotiating, and advising on commercial agreements, including franchise agreements, commercial agency agreements, distributor agreements, joint venture agreements, memoranda of incorporation, shareholders’ agreements and service level agreements. Pierre also has ample experience in antitrust and corporate regulatory matters in Qatar and the Qatar Financial Centre.
