Dr. Philippe Boustany, member of the Paris Bar Association, is the managing partner of Boustany Law Offices and head of the Arbitration Department. He has developed an expertise in counselling, litigation as well as arbitration, mainly in business law, energy and construction, EPC, in MENA and Europe. He is a member of the Board of the European Court of Arbitration. He is also a lecturer in construction law and international arbitration at USJ, Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Law at NDU.
