Pauline Blondet is Vice President Compliance EMEA at GAN INTEGRITY and has a wealth of experience in managing ethics & compliance both in private practice and in-house, allowing her to notably develop out-of-the-box compliance processes and contents as well as support clients with subject matter expertise for successful implementation.

Attorney qualified in both New York and Paris, Pauline started her career in a major international law firm, notably working on transnational corruption and trade sanctions cases and investigations. Pauline then joined the beverage industry, first as legal counsel, but quickly began undertaking compliance initiatives and leading the compliance function.

Very tech savvy, Pauline has been known for using innovative digital solutions to maximize her impact. She notably implemented an all in one compliance management software, which is how she met GAN INTEGRITY and decided to join the team to bring connected compliance to businesses.
