Paula is Head of Construction, Engineering, Energy & Projects for the Middle East Region, based in Bahrain since 2006. She specialises in construction projects throughout the region, in particular Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and the UAE.

Her extensive experience includes real estate and development, regeneration, infrastructure and utilities, hotels, leisure and tourism, residential, industrial and commercial, education and healthcare, utilities and energy as well as major social infrastructure, both in the private and public sectors.

Paula acts on behalf of government and regulatory clients including the Ministry of Works, project employers and developers, lenders and investors, contractors, subcontractors and consultants.

Paula is a three years in a row winner of the Client Choice Awards 2019. She is also recognised by Chambers Global 2019 in its “Spotlight table”.

Paula is the Bahrain Country Coordinator for the Society of Construction Law (Gulf) having previously sat on the SCL Council in the UK. She is also the Vice-Chair of Bahrain British Business Forum (BBBF).
