Paul specialises in advising domestic and international clients on transactions as well as disputes in the shipping, commodities, and technology sectors. He brings a wealth of experience and commercial know-how to his clients, having previously spent time as head of legal at an international shipowning group.

Besides his contentious practice, Paul also advises clients worldwide on vessel sale and purchase transactions as well as vessel ownership structures such as joint ventures and sale-leaseback type arrangements.

Paul was recognised as the DIFC Young Lawyer of the Year in 2018, and the Seatrade Young Person of the Year in 2016.
