Paul is an English qualified solicitor who specialises in international arbitration, dispute resolution and dispute avoidance as part of the international dispute resolution team at Taylor Wessing in Dubai. Paul has particular expertise in construction and engineering disputes including extension of time and prolongation, loss and expense, and delay claims. Paul also has extensive experience in corporate and commercial dispute resolution, having worked across the DIAC, ICC, DIFC-LCIA and KSA rules of arbitration, and in the Courts of England & Wales and the Dubai International Finance Centre.
