Pakinam is an English qualified solicitor in the firm’s Dubai office and her practice covers corporate and commercial matters in the Middle East.

Pakinam regularly assists clients on both financing deals and on day-to-day corporate matters, including drafting board/shareholders' resolutions, amending and drafting constitutional documents, reviewing facility agreements and security documents as well as drafting legal opinions on their capacity and enforceability.

Pakinam also has experience advising clients on UAE laws and has been heavily involved in drafting joint venture and shareholders agreements for clients in the UAE.
