Özgür has extensive experience in many fields of law, including labour law, social security law, corporate law, sports law, and criminal law. He has represented clients throughout the court system and has been involved in disputes in labour courts, commercial courts, criminal courts and with disputes before the sports arbitration board. Özgür is highly adept in drafting employment contracts for a range of clients, managing employee-employer relations in cooperation with human resources departments, overseeing termination processes, drafting commercial contracts, and drafting sportsclub, athlete or management contracts. He has participated in the court-stage processes of many disputes regarding labour claims, reemployment lawsuits, union-based lawsuits and commercial lawsuits, and has experience with individual applications to the Constitutional Court and European Court of Human Rights.
