After studying at PEV Science High School, Öykü Apa completed her bachelor's degree at Kadir Has University Faculty of Law in 2023.

Currently, she continues her legal internship at Çetinel Law Firm.

She takes part in international arbitration and dispute resolution board procedures as a team member and continues to work in the field of construction law.
